Dr. Nimisha Trivedi is a medical director and founder of Reliance Family Care. She received a bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery from B.J. Medical College in Gujarat, India, and completed her residency at Mercer University School of Medicine. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Over the years, Dr. Trivedi refined her approach to medicine. Her patient-centric focus means she listens to patients in her care and learns how each patient feels physically and emotionally.
Dr. Trivedi has been in private practice since 2004, when she opened Locust Grove Family Medicine in Locust Grove, GA, and Reliance Family Care in McDonough, GA, in 2007. Reliance Family Care offers health and aesthetic wellness services, concentrating on each patient's well-being and cosmetic goals, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and advanced techniques.

This is one of the patient and thorough Doctor offices that I have EVER experienced. The Doctors take their time and are very knowledgeable. They gave me informative solutions to help treat my teen. Tory, the personnel, is one of the most patient people I’ve encountered over the phone in a long time!
Today was my first time being seen at the McDonough location. I was extremely impressed with every person I encountered from Kelly at the front desk, Destiny who took me to the room where I'd be seen and patiently listened to the reasons for my visit today (she also let me know she'd be right outside if I needed her at all), Jennifer who very carefully drew my blood and distracted me with nice conversation, and Dr. Jordan who exemplified wonderful bedside manners and made me feel at ease. I was apprehensive at first about having to change doctors after being with my old one for years but I'm very grateful for the change! Five stars for these guys!
