Today was my first time being seen at the McDonough location. I was extremely impressed with every person I encountered from Kelly at the front desk, Destiny who took me to the room where I'd be seen and patiently listened to the reasons for my visit today (she also let me know she'd be right outside if I needed her at all), Jennifer who very carefully drew my blood and distracted me with nice conversation, and Dr. Jordan who exemplified wonderful bedside manners and made me feel at ease. I was apprehensive at first about having to change doctors after being with my old one for years but I'm very grateful for the change! Five stars for these guys!
This is one of the patient and thorough Doctor offices that I have EVER experienced. The Doctors take their time and are very knowledgeable. They gave me informative solutions to help treat my teen. Tory, the personnel, is one of the most patient people I’ve encountered over the phone in a long time!
